Cisco Bug: CSCtf33482 - SRSV-CUE does not play login prompt in caller's language
Nov 14, 2016
- Cisco Survivable Remote Site Voicemail
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When trying to access a voice mailbox via a telephone the prompt "Enter your pin followed by pound" is not played in the language configured for the mailbox associated to the phone that is attempting to gain access. Once the caller is authenticated then the telephone user interface will play prompts in the caller's language. Conditions: This situation will occur whenever the trigger language for voicemail is different than the language of of the caller. The SRSV-CUE will use the trigger language for all calls attempting to access voice mailboxes until the caller can be authenticated, at which time the caller's language will then be applied to the session.
