Description (partial)

Symptom: When PCRF attempts to install a Gx charging rule, CSG2 is unable to install the complete
rule and the CSG2 console may become unresponsive and the CSG2 Control Processor CPU utilization may approach 100%.

Conditions: Happens only when many Cisco-Flow-Description AVPs or many Flow-Description AVPs are embedded within one Gx charging rule.
