Description (partial)

The sensor boots, but the state of sensorApp is "Not Running" and the time/date stamp does not indicate an E4 sensorApp binary after applying the E4 Engine Update package; specifically the package with the name form of "IPS-engine-E4-req-....pkg". To date, this has only been seen on the SSC5.
It is believe that this issue is related to the limited hardware of the SSC5 device. However, it is theoretically possible for it to occur on any device. Since it has been seen on the SSC5 with the E4 Engine Update (the first Engine Update for the SS5 plaform!), the installer for the 6.2(2) software has been enhanced to attempt to provide a recovery path for a failed update.
