Description (partial)

Crash on a 370 Switch

The switch crashes when vlan 1 is used for voice and data and authentication occurs (phone connection or automatic re-authentication).
1) This only happen when both data and voice vlan are statically configured as vlan 1.
2) This issue is not seen when vlans are configured anything other than vlan 1
3) This also doesn't happen when voice and/or data vlan are assigned dynamically through ACS (even if its vlan1)
