Cisco Bug: CSCtf30000 - ES20 EVC flood packets to every instance with in one bridge domain

Description (partial)

Symptom:
With EVC configured on 7600-ES20-GE3C interface, and there is a RTP flow being sent out from this interface's one service instance in bridge domain 3401. However, sometimes packets of this flow will be flooded out to all service instance of bridge 3401. 
From packets captured while the problem occur we can see that it floods once about every 10 seconds and last about 1 seconds.
MAC aging time is 5 minutes as default.

Conditions:
EVC configured with 7600-ES20-GE3C
