Symptom:

A Cisco router may experience the following errors on bootup:

*Sep 25 03:02:27.314: %SYS-SP-STDBY-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for
(2000)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (4866/4644),process = RFSS worker
process.
