Description (partial)

instdir process is crashing continuosly after (de)activating

  %OS-DUMPER-4-SIGSEGV : Thread 14 received SIGSEGV - Segmentation Fault
  %OS-DUMPER-4-SIGSEGV_INFO : Accessed BadAddr 0x1 at PC 0x4c6d722c. Signal code 1 - SEGV_MAPPER. Address not mapped.
  %OS-DUMPER-4-CRASH_INFO : Crashed pid = 208966 (pkg/bin/instdir)

This issue happens after 'clearinstall rollback' and there is no rollback point.
You can check rollback points by following command.
  admin show install rollback
