Description (partial)

Symptom:
CP-6961 becomes unstable intermittently.
For example:
 - Phone does not ring during receiving a call.
 - Calling Party name is shown as Unknown.
 - Softkey does not work.

Some of the following message may be shown in a IP Phone console log;
- memPartAlloc: block too big
- ACCU: accu_term_sccp_line_ringer_auinfo(). ring audio url not exist 
- cfgtree_save_flash 2763: malloc fail. 
- CMM: Memory allocation for message FAILED

6961 Firmware - 8.5.4
CUCM Version - 7.1(3a)SU1 (7.1.3.21900-4)
