Description (partial)

The recording button on the CTI OS agent/supervisor desktop does not react when mouse is clicked.

1)	Enable the registry value "RecordingEnabled" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Ctios\CTIOS_ipcce\CTIOS1\EnterpriseDesktopSettings\All Desktops\ScreenPreferences\Name\MainScreen on both CTIOS Servers
2)	Restart both CTIOS Servers
3)	Restart CTI OS agent/supervisor desktop
