Symptom: When attempting to login to Cisco Agent Desktop integrated with Cisco Unified Presence, the following message may be displayed: "An error has occured communicating with the Cisco Unified Presense Service. The application will automatically continue attempting to connect." Conditions: The agent username or password contains special characters or spaces.
