Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco 7600 running 12.2(33)SRE might start logging similar messages every 5 minutes:
 IPC-5-WATERMARK: 848 messages pending in xmt for the port MRIB.control 

Conditions:
Condition seems to be fluctuation of No. of Route x Interfaces (RxI) of ipv4 multicast groups in mrib infrastructure.

i.e:
