Symptom: MeetMe thinks more CTMS resources are in use than are actually consumed by active meetings. This can lead to callers being unable to attend some meetings. Conditions: This occurs when a previous problem has left entries in MeetMe's Participant table that correspond to callers who have already disconnected from their meeting.
