Description (partial)

Symptom:Can't use Device Manager to transfer files from the switch to the server.

Conditions:Using path Admin > Flash Files > Copy Files > Switch to Server
When you choose this, there is no file name in the Server File or Switch File Field.
If you click on the (...) button, this takes you to a list of files on the server and not on the switch.

If you type in the file name in the "Server File" field and don't type in the file name in the "Switch File" field, the transfer indicates that is was successful but instead, a file will be created on the sever with the file name typed in the "Server File" field but it will have a length of "0" bytes.
