Symptom:
export the log file takes too long time 

Conditions:

Reproduce Steps:
1.Connection Both Coax and CAT-5 Cable to MoCA Interface and Ethernet Port;
2 .Power on DUT then bootup with factory-default configuration;
3. Wait for 5 minutes before Goto "Administration"->"Backup->"Export Log File";
4.Check whether the Export log file operation can work;

Actual Result:
it takes more than 2 minutes when export the log file.
It should prompt the progress bar or give some
