Symptom: Expert Advisor Ring Time is too short (10 seconds) for a mobile phone (cell-phone) client, so there is no time to answer the call before it is pulled back by the system. Conditions: Expert Advisor is utilizing an IM client on a mobile phone (cell-phone).
