Description (partial)

Load-Sharing of Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)/Virtual Private Network (VPN) does not happen on the upstream router direction even though the paths have the same cost to reach a particular destination.

This issue is seen when the MPLS/VPN is configured on a bundle interface and the MPLS is configured on the links to the upstream router.
