Symptom:
Call clears from the Agent Desktop upon agent login

Conditions:
Agent1 on Phone1 received a call from Phone2 (no agent on Phone2)
Agent2 logs in using Phone2, while the call is ringing on Agent1's phone
Call is cleared from desktop after login completes
