Description (partial)

When split-exclude for specific networks is configured on ASA
then the "LocalLanAccess" parameter in the anyconnect
profile should be enabled or it should be enabled from the
 anyconnect user interface (GUI).
But when enabled using a anyconnect profile and if in the
GUI, it its not enabled, and the paramter is set to
be user controllable, then when the anyconnect profile is
downloaded and activated, the split exclusion routes are not
 inserted into the routing table.
Anyconnect locallanaccess is enabled through profile
and set as user controllable preference.
