Description (partial)

Symptom:

During a reload of VDC 2,  VDC 3 stops forwarding traffic for about a second (one packet lost on the ping) while the reload starts and VDC 2 comes online. Ping goes through the nexus.

Conditions:
Issue happens if the VDCs share ports on the same R2D2 asic. 
Issue does not happen if the VDs do not share port on the R2D2 asic.

I need to allocate two interfaces for a new VDC. According to a few documentations, including BRKDCT-2121 from this year's Networkers, there's no restriction in terms of having to reserve all ports in same port group, but it's highly recommended to reserve the entire block of 12 ports on N7K-M148GS-11.
