Description (partial)

Symptom:
Host is not authenticated on an 802.1x port when ACL permit any any 0x888E 0x0 in the MAC ACL

Conditions:
running 12.2(52)SE
or 12.2(51) on 3750 stacks

This issue has been observed on Windows 7, XP and Vista

Additional Information:
authentication may work once, then fail until a reload of the switch.
Packet captures show no IDENTITY packet after EAPOL start from client.
