Symptom:
CIGESM may drop multicast packets on external ports when IGMP Snooping is enabled. Drops are incremented under "no buffers" and "ignored" counters when multicast traffic reaches approximately 40Mb.  

Conditions:
CIGESM with IGMP Snooping enabled. Data and Management VLAN must be separate with no SVI configured in the data VLAN.
