Symptom: A single dual mode device representing a mobile handset is provisioned on UCM. However, there are two clients (one for VoIP and the other for DVO) physically running on the mobile handset. Conditions: Both clients can try to register to UCM. Without this enhancement, UCM lacks of the logic to correlate the client to the right dual mode device, thus rejects the registration.
