Symptom:
A few clear examples include:
Power LED - OFF after power up
Internet LED - OFF even when WAN connection up
WAN MOCA - Flashing strangely when connected
LAN MOCA - Flashing strangely when connected
WLAN -  OFF when interface is enabled
USB1&2 - OFF when interface is enabled
WPS - OFF when WPS is activated

Some above can be Reference with the  previously filed bugs:
CSCtf12186: Back Panel LEDs for LAN 1 & 3 and Ethernet WAN ports do not work
CSCte95930:MoCA LEDs do not match spec
CSCtf07580: Power LED remains RED after DUT completes boot process

In bcmREN302M_fs_kernel_4.05L.06-9124-100223-2121 image, LAN Ethernet ports 1 & 3 on front panel no longer light up.
