Symptom: CSM client becomes unresponsive at times and sometimes become unusable. The file error.log under CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\logs contains error like "[error] Apache.exe caused a EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ApacheCore.dll at 001B:6FF93769, ap_ctx_get()+9 byte(s)". Windows Event Viewer also shows Apache process related errors. Conditions: Most of the times the Apache crash has been seen when the number of users logging into CSM server increase to more than five. Only on very few occasions has it been seen with less number of users.
