Symptom: In the Perskg28 skillgroup real time report, 'Current 5 minutes Task Statistics', 'call answered' and 'calls handled' are incremented, but 'calls offered' is not incremented. Conditions: Pre-routed calls to a Skill Group. Happens only with TDM PG.
