Cisco Bug: CSCtf13727 - ASA allocates a media sess already in use causing call failure/traceback

Description (partial)

When using Phone Proxy feature on Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA), the audio may drop in the middle of a call with the following ASA syslogs being recorded:

%ASA-3-337004: Phone Proxy SRTP: Authentication tag validation failed on packet from outside<ip/port> to identity:<mta-addr/port>

Another failing scenario is unidirectional audio observed on the remote phone (registered through Phone Proxy) after the original call with the same local device is interrupted and quickly reestablished. An unexpected ASA reload under similar circumstances has also been observed.

Local voice gateway (such as Cisco Callmanager Express -- CME) re-using the same UDP source port for several subsequent media sessions when communicating with Phone Proxy.
