Description (partial)

Symptom:
1. Goto Site-to-Site VPN and create Point-to-Point - IPsec topology.
2. Configure VPN Global Settings--> General Settings.
3. Enable the checkbox of Enable Notification on disconnection.
4. Give validation, submit and deploy.
5. In the deployed one, No CLI generated for this notification.
6. So, After discovery, the checkbox of enable notification on disconnection come up as disabled.

Conditions:
1. Goto Site-to-Site VPN and create Point-to-Point - IPsec topology.
2. Configure VPN Global Settings--> General Settings.
3. Enable the checkbox of Enable Notification on disconnection.
4. Give validation, submit and deploy.
