Description (partial)

Symptom: When CPA Server fails to respond to CPA Client, CPA Client
stops working with error : socket error: Socket closed
On the SCE, Category 4 RDR thrown counter increases in the output of "show
RDR-formatter statistics"
 
Conditions: This is seen on SCE8000 with software version 3.5.5
