Description (partial)

Symptom: When using an apostrophe or a space in defining a user under Administration Control in ACS, the CSAdmin service crashes. It cannot be stopped and the server has to be reloaded to get access back again. Authentications donot stop in the meantime, and the csadmin log files are filled with logs like these to the tune of hundreds per second, causing hard drives to fill and the server to crash eventually:
