- Cisco Unified Personal Communicator
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Black trail in video window when overlaying window is moving or on resize Conditions: There are 2 situations in which this issue occurs. Situation 1: Steps: 1. Establish a video call between two users. 2. Open IM window (or any other window) and placed it over the video window, so it becomes overlaying. 3. Move the overlaying window over the video window and observe the edge of the overlaying window. Expected behavior: Overlaying window should not affect on the content of video window under it. Actual behavior: Overlaying window leaves a black trail behind itself (see the picture in attachment). Black trail disappears when overlaying window stops moving. In other words, when overlaying window is placed over the video window, there is no flickering in video window. Black trail appears only while moving overlaying window. Situation 2: Steps: 1. Establish a video call between two users. 2. Do a custom resize of Video window by dragging its border or corner. Expected behavior: Resizing should not affect the content of video window. Actual behavior: During the resize, black trail appears between the old-sized frame and new-sized frame. Black trail disappears when resizing stops.
