Cisco Bug: CSCtf04161 - OAMP Webapp should give proper warning upon license expiry

Symptom: OMAP webapp doesn't give warning message to user upon license expiry. Conditions: 1) Consider a CUIC 8.0(1) setup running in build 220.127.116.11000-80 build. 2) Let it run with a CUIC premium license which expires the next day. 3) After the licese expires the next day @ 00:00:00 hrs, Launch OMAP webapp and login to it. 4) Go to the license management page. Issue : 1) Although the license had expired, OMAP doesn't give any warning regarding the same to user. 2) OAMP just says that there is 'No License' file uploaded. 3) if user clicks on 'retrieve License' button, he is still able to get information regarding the old expired license. 4) User will not know if the license file had already expired on not until it is shown via RTMT tool. OAMP, in this case, should give proper error message to user upon license expiry.
