Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCSM 1.1.(1j) firmware activation during UCS firmware upgrade will result in servers reboot 
Conditions:
Customer upgrading their systems from 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 release to the 1.1(1j) release will experience unexpected server reboot upon UCSM component activation.
The failure is a result of incorrect setting of internal VNIC/VHBA property called lifecycle, that makes system to believe that reconfiguration of these objects required. This reconfiguration is triggering server reboot.
