The problem may be exposed in two scenarios:
1) For shared line combined by audio and video endpoint. If initial call is video call, when call is resumed by audio endpoint, the DSCP for the agent in the held cluster is not updated.
2) When video call is deescalated to audio, the DSCP for the agent in the remote cluster is not updated.

C1-SKI1-1 and C1-SKI1-2 are video EPs in Cluster1
C1-SKI1-3 is audio EP in Cluster1
C1-SKI1-1 has no RSVP-Agent assigned to it.
C1-SKI1-2 and C1-SKI1-3 have RSVP-Agent1 assigned to them
C2-SKI1-1 is video EP in Cluster2 and assigned RSVP-Agent1
C2-SKI1-1 video EP makes a call to SL DN and all three phones in Cluster1 ring.
C1-SKI1-2 answers the call and then hits 'Hold'
C1-SKI1-1 resumes active call and hits 'Hold'
C1-SKI1-3 resumes active call.
Verify that RSVP-Agent1 in Cluster2 displays right reservations of 80 80 kbps but wrong DSCP values: 136 136 instead of 184 184, which is the nature of the problem.
