Cisco Bug: CSCtf00620 - Triggers prevent direct access to change processnode xcprealm
Jul 04, 2017
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence Service
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Via dbaccess or other commandline/root access into the database, processnode.xcprealm cannot be altered directly. This is not a field available for customers to edit directly. Processnode.name is the expected field to change and that translates to xcprealm as expected/designed. Conditions: Rare situation - this is never expected for a customer to hit. It can only be hit by a remoteaccess account.
