Symptoms: A router may experience a severe memory leak issue when the following
command is configured:

<CmdBold>privilege exec level<CmdBold> <CmdArg>level<CmdArg> <CmdBold>show ip
ospf neighbor<CmdBold>

Conditions: The symptom is observed when running Cisco IOS Release 12.2(33)XNE
or 12.2(33)XNE1. The issue is not platform dependent.
