Cisco Bug: CSCtf00226 - JID Escaping of \ character is incorrect in CUP 8.0

Symptom: User jid with backslash in name fails to login. An error will be found rtr logs in this scenario. In CUP 8.0.1, software always escapes backslash in user jids. It should only be escaped if followed by a valid escape sequence, according to XEP-0106. Examples: For user\firstname.lastname@example.org, the \ should NOT be escaped. For user\email@example.com the \ should be escaped to user\firstname.lastname@example.org Conditions: 1) User with backslash in name exists as a valid cup user on CUCM. (eg: user\bslash). 2) User attempts loging on either Jabberwerx client or MomentIM. 3) Login will fail.
