ASA in failover setup with SSM card installed fails over randomly reporting "service card failure detected", SSM indicates errors like mainApp[905] cplane/E Error - socket closed at far end

Conditions:

SSM indicate errors like  mainApp[905] cplane/E Error - socket closed at far end, Card manager receives unregistered events with garbage data content as seen in show tech for SSM
