Cisco Bug: CSCte98767 - MoCA LAN Channel Changes after power cycle

Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the Setup>Interface page, select MoCA LAN Channel 15 (1150MHz) and click save.
When page reloads, MoCA LAN Channel will show correct channel 15 (1150MHz).
Navigate to Setup>Internet, then navigate back to Setup>Interface.
MoCA LAN Channel will still show 15 (1500MHz)

ONLY When power cycle with 100211-2057 image and reloading Setup>Interface page will MoCA LAN channel change to 23 (1350MHz). This seems to occur with all MoCA LAN channels after a power cycle.
Conditions:
On the Setup>Interface page, select MoCA LAN Channel 15 (1150MHz) and click save.
