Description (partial)

Symptom:

After AC upgrade, users are not able to login to the machine, it fails with error :

"SAS Windows: winlogon.exe - Application Error"
"The instruction at "0x00cc579d" referenced memory at "0x00cc579d".  The memory could not
be "written".
"Click on OK to terminate the program"
"Click on CANCEL to debug the program"

Conditions:

Third party GINA is installed on the machine.
