Cisco Bug: CSCte96979 - Insert CUMC Phone All details fails with Todaccess error

Description (partial)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Add a CUMC phone to the Call manager from the UI
2) Add a Remote Destination for this phone.
3) Using BAT->Export-All Details, export the phone details
4) Use this file for a Insert Phone-All Details in another CUCM or in the same CUCM provided the existing phone is deleted.
Expected Behavior : The CUMC Phone should be inserted along with the Remote destination details.
Actual Behavior : The Insert Job fails with the error message saying the TOD details as present in the CSV does not exist in the database.
"TOD-RD-cadcf1df-0115-9a9d-d621-5bb0347dbc75 is not a valid todaccess in mobility_remotedestination"
This behavior is applicable to Import/Export of CUMC phone.

Configure a RD to the phone and do an export
