Description (partial)

Symptom:
Using Microsoft Mediaroom Personal Server as Video Server and MS IP STB (CIS430MC) on LAN interface, view VoD stream.
Occassionally video stream will stop and display: Temporarily Unable to play this program.
When using the skip forward 30 seconds button or the go back 7 seconds button on remote control, video stream will stop and display: Temporarily Unable to play this program.

If connecting STB directly to WAN network or behind WAG310G or Westell A90-9100EM15-10, problem does not occur.
Conditions:
Using Microsoft Mediaroom Personal Server as Video Server and MS IP STB (CIS430MC) on LAN interface, view VoD stream.
