Description (partial)

Symptom:
When planning tool is used to view MAC throughput, the 802.11n throughput are
not reflected correctly, i.e. they are lower than observed for 802.11n mode.
The throughput selection drop down option in planning mode does not show the
higher rates.

 Conditions:
 1. This will happen in planning mode page when 802.11n APs and high throughput
options are selected.

 2. When selecting protocol 802.11b/g/n the data rates only work till 11 Mbps
after which it doesn't display coverage.
