Symptom:
Per Spec 3.1.8
The router MUST include LED indicators for both WAN and LAN MoCA link conditions. Solid light indicates a minimum PHY rate of 180Mbps is achieved with al MoCA nodes. Flashing light indicates that PHY rate is <180Mbps with at least one node on the network. No light indicates that the corresponding WAN or LAN interface is not connected to any MoCA node

1) Currently, MoCA LEDs flash at a rate of 1Hz when there is MoCA node is not connected.

2) MoCA LEDs flash at a faster rate when there is activity over MoCA interface. Spec does not mention this, but states that MoCA LEDs should flash if PHY rate is <180Mbps.  LEDs flash although PHY rate is 240Mbps and there's traffic on interface.
