Symptom: Softphone registers with CUCM disconencted Conditions: Procedure: 1.Log in to CUPC in deskphone mode 2. Make CCM offline 3.Select Softphone mode from CUPC combo box an wait Expected behavior: After step 3 phone mode switch combo box should change to "Disabled" mode and nether softphone nor deskphone should be available for registration. Actual behavior: After step 3, phone mode switch combo box idles for some time, and then softphone registers. CUPC is connected and indicates that softphone is registered, but no calls can be placed or received. Server Health page shows that softphone is not registered.
