Symptom: Running Setup within CUSSA, the message "The system cannot find the file specified." appears preventing the user from finishing the Unity setup. Conditions: Unity 8.0 install using CUSSA Selecting "YES" to the question 'Do you want Cisco Unity System Setup Assistant to restart automatically the next time you log on to windows?' after you get done doing the permissions while logged as a Domain Administrator. When logging back in as the UnityInstall account, CUSSA will already be running, but attempting to do a unity install will result in the above message.
