Symptom: The following Desktop services are in shutdown state after powering on the UCCX servers -Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service -Cisco Desktop Browser and IP Phone Agent Service Conditions: A hard shutdown of the UCCX servers occured due to power outage or some other reason.
