Symptom: Symptom 1: Calls with TCD 27 and 3600 seconds of delay time. No Call Type is associated. Symptom 2: The summary of Skill Group CallsHandled > Skill Group Calls Answered at the end of the day. Conditions: Single-Step Transfer off switch using configured DN or DNP and the call fails for some reason (network error, wrong configuration... etc).
