Symptom: After installation of a new UCCX system in high availability, we had to re-ip the CCX servers on a new subnet, changing the IP addresses. The systems are functional. However, when we installed CCX desktop applications on client machines, the desktop applications are pointing to the original CCX Server IP addresses. Conditions: Changing IP Address.
