Description (partial)

We run into cases where we see connections in CLSRST state, which are hanging
around for the idle timeout hasn't kicked in yet on 1 side of the connection.
These connections hang around for days in some cases. It would be helpful to
have the ability to close these connections that seem to be "stuck" in
CLSRST state.

It would also be useful to have the capability to clear a connection by
connection id. As opposed to having to enter the src_ip src_port dst_ip
dst_port, which makes it a little more tedious, and prone to typos.

Connections that remain in CLSRST state, but one side of the connection, the
idle timeout hasn't kicked in (idle < 1 hr).
