Description (partial)

Layer 7 load-balanced UDP traffic may be dropped due to excessive internal buffer usage, if the traffic is received on the same UDP connection.

The source and destination IP addresses and UDP port numbers must be the same, and approximately 1000 packets/sec are sent to the ACE which are load-balanced using a Layer-7 rule.
